The Majsztrik Family Story
The Majsztrik story began generations ago with Andrew Majsztrik, an immigrant to the “New World” who pursued the American dream through hard work, land ownership, and dedication to providing for his family. As a row crop farmer in Plumsted, New Jersey, Andrew built a life rooted in perseverance, integrity, and commitment to the land.
When the Great Depression devastated farming communities across the country in the late 1920s, the Majsztrik family lost their farm. While the land was gone, the entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic that defined the family endured through the generations.
Andrew's Farm & Nursery Today
Today, Andrew’s Farm & Nursery proudly carries forward the Majsztrik name and legacy. Located in Arnoldsville, Georgia, the nursery is owned and operated by Andrew Majsztrik, who is inspired by his family heritage to provide “New World” service built on honesty, hard work, and genuine care for his customers and community.

At Andrew’s Farm & Nursery, my mission is to honor my family’s agricultural heritage by delivering exceptional plants, products, and customer service with integrity, knowledge, and a personal touch. We strive to create a welcoming place where we can help customers, neighbors, and friends create beautiful outdoor spaces.
Our Owner
Andrew has a Masters in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia. He is a licensed landscape architect and a member of both the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and the Georgia Chapter of ASLA. In addition to his academic training, Andrew is certified in pavers and retaining walls and brings over 21 years of field experience designing, planting, cultivating, and creating beautiful gardens.
Andrew continues the Majsztrik family tradition of agriculture and entrepreneurship. With a passion for farming, horticulture, customer relationships, and as a licensed landscape architect, he is dedicated to building a business that reflects the values passed down through generations: hard work, resilience, and service.
